Ron Carpenter and AVID GROUP® Formed Strategic Land Sales in Direct Response to the Real Estate Crisis that has Depressed Land Values Nationwide.
TAMPA, FL - July 17, 2009 - Experienced real estate broker/developer, Ron Carpenter is partnering with a regionally recognized Civil Engineering Company, AVID Group®, to offer a full spectrum of real estate development and brokerage services. As a brokerage company, Strategic Land Sales will take a comprehensive approach and utilize the partnership’s unique expertise to help restructure, reposition, valuate, dispose, or acquire real estate assets during this depressed real estate market.
Its founder, Mr. Ronald Carpenter, Jr., is a former Vice President of Land Acquisition and Development for two major homebuilders in the Tampa Bay market. Carpenter holds a Masters Degree in Real Estate Development from the University of Florida's Warrington College of Business, and is a licensed real estate broker in Florida. He currently sits on the City of Tampa’s Affordable Housing Advisory Committee and is also on the Board of Directors for the Florida Green Building Coalition.
