As AVID's Chief Financial Officer and Human Resource Manager, Tracy is responsible for the financial, accounting and human resource functions for the firm. Tracy has over 30 years management experience and worked as a regional manager for Bank of America prior to joining AVID Group in 2002.

Tracy received her Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Florida State University in 1988 and has been a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) since 2005.
