Mr. Henson manages the day-to-day operations of the Orlando office and directs the activities within the office to ensure technical quality, process/procedures and standards are fulfilled. His duties include client relations, staff development, quality control, business development and office financial management.

Ron is a seasoned civil engineer with over 35 years-experience in site planning and civil design of public and private land development project. His expertise primarily relates to land development feasibility, planning, permitting, design and construction administration.

Ron received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Central Florida and is a Registered Professional Engineer in the state of Florida.

Professional affiliations include Florida Engineering Society, National Society of Professional Engineers and American Society of Civil Engineers.
