Steve has more than 31 years of multifaceted experience on projects throughout Florida. Directly responsible for the procurement of work and client relations for AVID Group^®, he has created an impressive resume of highly visible, satisfied clients by combining his creative talents, with his ability to anticipate and respond to critical client needs.

Particular areas of expertise include overall project feasibility, including risk and financial evaluation for residential, commercial, industrial and office land development projects. Specific expertise in land planning, water and sewer system design and permitting; drainage system modeling, design and permitting; roadway, parking and intersection design and permitting; traffic analyses; dredge and fill environmental permitting; environmental site audits and construction observation.

Steven has contributed to all phases of project development from conceptual design through construction completion and occupancy. He oversees the firm and coordinates efforts to create an efficient structure that is responsive to client needs. His direct involvement in planning, design, and construction is a benefit to the successful completion of any project.

Steve received his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Florida in 1988.
