This project consists of approximately 664 acres of land near SR 570 and SR 572, in Lakeland, Florida. The development is a proposed residential master-planned community that will be developed in 3 distinct phases, with one main connector (spine) road. The maximum allowable number of dwelling units is 788, with 422 single-family lots and 366 townhouse units. The project was previously undeveloped vacant land. Construction commenced on this project in 2015.
