This upscale retail center is located on the corner of Sand Lake Road and Dr. Phillips Parkway. The site has been developed into an opulent shopping and fine dining center with special attention to finishing touches like architectural detail, unique lighting, beautiful fountains and vibrant landscaping.

The project was broken down into three phases totaling approximately 100,000 s.f. in addition to a 12,000 s.f. Eckerd drug store. The various phases were designed to attract office, retail and restaurant tenants by developing a variety of storefront options on two levels.
