The site was previously undeveloped and proposes to develop over 650,000 sf of commercial retail uses and 516 multi-family residential units.

Major tenants include Hobby Lobby, TJ Maxx, Five Below, Academy Sports, Ross, Barnes & Noble, Burlington, and Dave & Buster's.
